Another academic session creeps sofly to a close. A final NewsFeed drops softly into your mailbox. But, wait! Before you pack your bags, cancel the milk and reach for the factor 20, don’t forget to complete the ETNA 2006 survey! Have your say in Scotland’s biggest ever survey of ICT-related training needs before they turn the lights out in your college. Who knows? You may even win the fine digital camera to spice up your holiday photos.

Go to www.e-tna.org.uk.

ETNA 2006 is a survey for staff in colleges. But to all of our many NewsFeed readers in universities throughout the land, the second item in this slimmed-down-for-summer e-bulletin is also for you. Many people recently attended the RSCs' fabulous conference 'The Learner Driver' (at Heriot-Watt, 31st May) and heard the stimulating keynote presentations of Bill Harvey, Carol Twigg (pictured), and John Stone. Now you can re-live those fascinating moments by going to the RSC website and downloading the audio and video for free. Just the thing for the ipod on the beach..
