The second meeting of the forum (chaired by Andy Swiffin) was a lively, well-attended event, featuring a blend of presentations and discussion sessions. Nicole Harris (JISC) provided an update on developments relating to the UK Federation, highlighting the technical support available to institutions. Ian Young (EDINA) provided a guide to the core attributes for identity providers and Alistair Young (SMO) described his experiences of the Shibboleth to Athens gateway. There were also a number of site reports, where attendees exchanged their experiences of federated access management implementation to date.
