How to Use this Unit

This unit is divided into 9 sections which will lead you through different approaches to the study of poetry. At each stage there are activities which you can complete to help you towards a better understanding and sharing your views with other students on the course. There are also points in the course where you will have the chance to explore the World Wide Web for further information and background. Watch out for these icons during the unit which signal the different types of activity:
