Booking your place at Virtual Worlds 2008

Date: 29th October
Venue: University of Stirling
Cost: £50

By completing this form, you will be booking a place at the Virtual Worlds 2008 conference. You also need to select the parallel sessions that you wish to attend.

There are two types of session:
1) Hands-on workshops, where you will have the chance to work your way through a 'virtual' learning sequence
2) Presentations, where a series of speakers will be presenting case studies and papers related to virtual worlds.

Some of the hands-on workshops (marked with a '*') require you to have a minimum level of competence with Second Life. If you're new to Second Life, or feel the need to brush up on your skills, then you need to attend one of the pre-conference workshops (see Question 4), or choose the 'Virtually there. an introduction to Second Life' as your first parallel session choice.

There is no additional charge for attending a pre-conference workshop.
